When you submit the consultation form we process your name, email address and location. Partner enquiries also include your company and operating region. Optional information includes your phone number, site or business type and message. We use this data to answer your enquiry and discuss your project or a partnership.

Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and steps prior to entering a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

Retention: enquiry data is deleted once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention period applies — typically after … months.

Our hosting provider automatically records the request URL, time, referrer, browser and operating system, and IP address. This is necessary to operate and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are not merged with other data sources.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and embeds no third-party analytics. The site uses system fonts, so no request is made to an external font provider. Your selected language is stored locally in your browser so it can be restored on your next visit.

If analytics is introduced later, it will be added here and gated behind a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set.

Enquiries are forwarded to the mailbox or CRM used by our sales team. Where a processor is involved, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA unless an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR apply.
