Contact form

When you submit the consultation form we process the name, email address, location and — if you provide them — phone number, site type and message. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a yield or ROI estimate.

Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and steps prior to entering a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

Retention: enquiry data is deleted once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention period applies — typically after … months.

Server log files

Our hosting provider automatically records the request URL, time, referrer, browser and operating system, and IP address. This is necessary to operate and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are not merged with other data sources.

Hosting provider: Provider name and location

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and embeds no third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request is made to an external font provider.

If analytics is introduced later, it will be added here and gated behind a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set.

Recipients and transfers

Enquiries are forwarded to the mailbox or CRM used by our sales team. Where a processor is involved, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA unless an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).
